Agile coaching on every level

  • Helping an executive committee member on daily strategic or organisational challenges (culture, yearly objectives…)
  • Supporting and making people grow in their roles (focus on Product Owner and Scrum Master): training, hands-on daily examples, mentoring, close follow-up and detailed feedback sessions

The Agile Coach, Olivier, has been providing an invaluable help to Yuzzu in his role. Thanks to his help, we were able to have mature and high performing teams despite having several junior team members. New ways of working have been introduced, and employee satisfaction has increased.

Implementation of an Agile way of working in teams

  • 1 executive committee member coached & mentored:
    • Personal improvements (posture, goal setting …)
    • Feedback culture put in place
    • Yearly individual objectives mainly moved to team objectives (3 teams, several team workshops conducted), increased retrospection and better objectives
    • Clarity and evolution of the delegation to the IT middle management with authority boards
  • 1 Business Analyst trained, mentored and coached to take to the role of Product Owner
  • 1 Developer trained, mentored and coached to take to the role of Scrum Master
  • All Scrum Masters are followed up closely
  • Team merger & workshops created
  • Several “demining” sessions and working agreements successfully conducted in a context of strong personal disagreements
